It's with stones gathered from the old aqueduct that used to cross the river Dhuys which had been bombed in 1939, during the second world war, that I have been creating since 1987 this open air sculpture garden on the banks of the river Marne.
In the same location as the amusement park of Disneyland Paris, I offer, in my own way, a place of dreams and fantasy for hikers, cyclists and boating tourists.

The local council of the town of Chessy cleans and preserves the park.
I pursue my effort against the flow of the river and try to mount up the source, sculpture after sculpture.
By the direct chiselling method I used on the assembled blocks of stone, I unveil unexplored forms as I watch the crops in the fields and the seasons charge.

Sur la même commune que le parc Disneyland Paris, j'offre à ma façon, un lieu de rêverie et d'imaginaire aux randonneurs, cyclistes et touristes fluviaux. La commune de Chessy entretient le parc et le préserve. |
